- exceptionally goodI have been using this beast since 2013. Driven 60,000 km. I should admit not even one mechanical, electrical problem. It's got really a big heart. Excellent performance, excellent legroom. It's really sad many won't consider this beauty. The only downside is the soft suspension which is not made for horrible Indian roads. The service cost is very minimal too. Just go for it You will certainly not regret.Read MoreWas this review helpful?YesNo
- Extraordinary Car.I have been using this beast since 2013. Drive 60,000 km. I should admit not even one mechanical, electrical problem. It's got really a big heart. Excellent performance, excellent legroom, feels like u r traveling in a limousine rather a car. It's really sad many won't consider this beauty. The only downside is its soft suspension which is not made for horrible Indian roads. The service cost is very minimal too. Just go for it instead of buying Honda's or Toyotas. You will certainly not regret.Read MoreWas this review helpful?YesNo
- A Perfect Car: Nissan SunnyIf one is looking for a no-nonsense everyday workhorse as well as a single car in the family then there is no Better car then Nissan sunny south of 15 lakh brackets. The looks though not awe-inspiring tend to grow on you as you spend more time with the car. The practical cabin is wow initiating because of space and practical bits. Though when looking deep the plastics are slightly hard and scratchy but this can be expected at this price. What makes the driving experience easy and effortless is the strong bottom end from the petrol engine, easy gearshift and large glasshouse that makes visualizing the road really easy. The ride is super smooth for the segment and handling neutral and predictable. Though there is a tendency to lose balance when jostling the car through sharp corners at speeds. The lightweight of the car is easier on the Tyres and my car's tyres lasted for over 78000 km. The bumpers are really soft and elastically and would have a dent even of pressed by hand with little force though this helps that it can be corrected by little pressure at home. The average is a consistent 12km/lt in the city and 18.6 km/lt on highway Everything I have written looks so good then why that one less star. That is because of the Aftersales service. The authorised centre will not be able to even carry out regular service in a single shot. It is best to get it serviced via local mechanics / outside workshops. For these parts are an issue if you are living outside a big metro To conclude sunny has more sunshine than cloudy days, and it's worth the price it is available when new or old.Read MoreWas this review helpful?YesNo
- Great car for family.Perfect car for my family. Spacious and decent interiors. Exterior looks pretty good and suits me. CVT works great and convenient for driving especially in heavy City traffic. Mileage is also satisfactory for such a big car. Servicing is not blowing a hole in my pocket. If only there is a dealership/service center in all major towns/district headquarters, it would be great.Read MoreWas this review helpful?YesNo
- A satisfied customer!I have been using this car for the last 6 years now, I must say that I am totally satisfied. May be servicing facilities need to improve, but actually much better than before. I know it has not been a great hit in the Indian market...but that really doesn't mean that the vehicle is bad!! Excellent ride quality..and priced less in the class. Proud to have this iconic brand which has done so well in foreign countries.Read MoreWas this review helpful?YesNo
- Nissan SunnyNissan Sunny is the best economical sedan could be bought in India. Maintenance is minimal except the dealers are off track and lethargic. If the same product would have been sold and serviced by good dealers I would say no other sedan in the same range could have stood a chance to compete. I have driven my car in the mines of Chattisgarh in the plains of Uttar Pradesh in the Hilly terrain of Himachal and deserts of Rajasthan. I could not have got any better performance than this.Read MoreWas this review helpful?YesNo
- Superb mileage, spacious and peppy engineHave been driving this car for the last four years. Started with an average mileage of 18 to 20 kmpl. But now after long drives of 150 to 400 km at a stretch and crossing 38000 km, this beauty has started giving 29 kmpl over highways and 23 kmpl through city and highways and 16 to 18 kmpl in traffic choking cities. Has enough boot space to accommodate luggage for 3 members for any long trip, including a stroller. Rear seat leg space is big to hold additional luggage in an upright position.. When it comes to overtake, just shift to 3rd hear and accelerate. Feel the punch. Never seen this on Honda BRV or Ciaz (cars I had driven on long trips). I just love it!!! At high speeds, the steering gets a bit tight giving you extra confidence. Also never felt that I drive a big sedan (in length). Its just driving like a Hyundai Eon :). A great car to have. Just test drive and look for safety features offered in budget price, if you plan to buy one. Only issue is with the dashboard near the steering making noise. Got it corrected on the last service but after a month, facing the same issue. Thanks to Kerala roads. If you have music playing loud, it shouldn't matter though. Overall a car that gives you adequate power, best mileage, better comfort (though body roll is there on hair pin curves) with safety not at all compromised.Read MoreWas this review helpful?YesNo
- Nissan Sunny Comfort and Features at Competitive PriceRemember that Caaaaar ad back in 2011? I hope most of us know about that. Nissan Sunny was the first sedan from the carmaker in India and which initially sold in high numbers. The car is known for its wonderful space and comfort. Bought the facelifted version two years back and I have been really enjoying the driving experience. Especially, the way it provides drivability both in the city and on the highways. Since its purchase I didn?t have any trouble regarding the vehicle, its maintenance cost is quite affordable too. Offering the most refined engines, driving dynamics, and overall sleek design makes this mid-sized sedan distinct in its class. First launched in the year 2011 and got the first facelift in 2014, Sunny soon became the best-selling Nissan sedan in the country. In terms of exteriors, Nissan Sunny on the outside gets new signature boomerang-shaped headlights, more pronounced chrome radiator grille and refreshed fog lamps. The side profile gets y-design wheel caps and side indicators while the rear profile features revised bumper along with chrome strip and ORVM with integrated turn indicators. Inside, the thing that really impressed me is the new all-black theme which really lifts the ambiance of the cabin. The car also features new sporty steering wheels, refreshed center console with a piano black finish and multi-functional display. The comfort factor has been further enhanced with the addition of features including automatic air conditioning, reverse parking camera, push start button, keyless entry and 2 DIN audio system with USB port and AUX-IN. Nissan Sunny sources its power from 1.5L DOHC petrol engine that produces the power output of 98bhp and generates the peak torque of 134Nm. The powertrain comes mated to 5-speed manual transmission. So, Nissan Sunny has a nicer looking exterior, a more premium feeling and it is certainly a practical sedan in all sense. It might not be a mainstream car like its competitors and the weak service network might not do favors to it. But if you are looking for comfort, space, high equipment level in a relatively affordable price range that starts at Rs. 6.99, this could be the answer to your queries. And if you are really serious about buying this car, wait for the new model launching this year.Read MoreWas this review helpful?YesNo
