I purchased a TATA Harrier in Jan'22, which initially performed as expected. However, 2 incidents with this car completely shattered my trust in TATA Harrier. This incident is unlike anything I have experienced with any other car model. The first incident occurred and that was killing my family life... at a speed of 80km/h car clutch was stuck and my car broke breakdown in the middle of the highway road. No help and support from either RSA or TATA AIG insurance. I have to take a private towing service. TATA showroom told me that it happened because the fuse was defused. This is dangerous ... After re-pair and paying 26K at the showroom, they said everything is ok now. it has happened again ... I am fed up with TATA's harrier and no confidence to drive a car. I have canceled my trip to Konkan.

I bought my harrier xza+ in April 2023. It's been 20 months and I had to take my car to the service centre close to 15 times already. 10 times for the same issue at three different service centres. The major problem is the Particulate Matter sensor it keeps on getting clogged. And the drive modes get disabled this is one of the major issues with the car. The overall fit and finish is poor, the memory function seat is pathetic the seat keeps on giving weird creaky noise. The initial factory fitted battery is dead within 20 months and the warranty is for 18 months, however if you buy a new battery from tata of the same rating they give you a warranty of 5 years. Just another way of siphoning money. It was a bad decision to buy this car. I'll recommend Buying Hyundai or Toyota. I had a Verna before this for 10 yrs and there wasn't a single breakdown in that car. Tata has the worst customer support and most of the SCs don't have a clue on rectifying the faults

Not comfortable to get any service. Ex windshield broken and the new one was not fitted well. Apart from service, this is best car in the segment. Go for it

I owned tata harrier from past 3 years and my experience with tata is pathetic After taking 3 years back I started noticing rust at some of places and when my driver complained to their service centre then they ignored and told that it's minor but over the period of time rusting increase not only from outside but from inside also and even large hole developed on outer body and due to so much rusting the steering area was replaced Due to repeated complained from past 2 years almost now they are saying u write to tata as we can not help in this On one side it's maintenance is very high and on other side they have such unprofessional service team that they work on making bills and ignore all other small issues on the ground that they dont have spare parts My overall experience is very bad and I will never buy tata brand again and will not suggest to anyone also

Owned my tata harrier xta plus dark edition in 2022 July . I bought 2 cars for my company . After sale service was not that satisfactory till luxon tata launched in my town, maintenance cost is above my expectations, 3rd service cost me 21k. Spare parts too costly . Milage is 12kmpl altogether , but on highway it showed up to 19.2. it's not a connected car , and it's infotainment system.is below average I must say , no 360 degree camera for.this huge car, coming to comfort this exceed my expectations, it's super comfortable, not anynother car inthis range can compare with its killer looks and road presense , steering is not light and interior door plastics are not that premium , rubber beeding have spacing and finishing issues , mine is an automatic version and it's super heaven while driving . It's a safe car , not a feature loaded connected car
