Purchased new Innova Crysta. But the seat colors were wrong. Supplied Hazel Brown instead of Camel Tan. The steering wheel is in tilted condition while driving, and we are surprised to note what kind of quality checks they made. Suspension is too hard and not like the old Innova cars. Steering is also too tight. Noisy engine at low speeds. Ultimately we realized, we made a wrong choice in selecting this vehicle as one among our various vehicles.
