Smooth drive

The Audi A4, was one of the best cars in the segment. Initially it was the most underpowered car in the segment comign with just 140 BHP, but later the subsequent models which came in were adequately powered with 177 BHP. The A4, has the best gear shift technology amongst all the cars in its segment. As you throttle down the accelerator pedal, you hardly feel any rising and falling of the RPM. The gears shift so smoothly and by the time you realise you are already cruising above 100 KMPH. The seats in the car are made of fine leather and are extremely comfortable to sit on. The features provided in the car too are well done and the only issue with the car was that it did not have bluetooth music streaming capability. The biggest drawback of the car is its height. The car is so low that it scrapes almost anything and everything on the road. Any slope, speed breaker and you can feel your bottom of your car dragging on the bump. Another issue are the seats in the back. It becomes difficult to accommodate the 3rd person in the rear seat.For a good city drive you would get a fuel consumption of 11-12 KMPL. On the highway driving at 120ish you get a return of 13.5 kmpl on an average. I am extremely satisfied with the ride. It is one of the best sedans I have driven in this segment.
