Best Car For City Rides

I bought i20 Elite VTVT in Aug 2016 from Kothari Hyundai, Aundh Pune. My car is sparingly used (Only 35K in 8 years). It is serviced regularly in company dealer workshop. My car did work decently for first 5-6 years (Barring extremely low milage - 12 KMPL) however car is continuously having problems in past couple of years. Car has simply stops functioning in middle of the drive couple of times. I have concluded that car built is poor. Switching to German brand or Toyota. Even Maruti is better option !

Overall performance is good safety is good experience with this car is very fantastic it's at a affordable. Interior of car is good after all it's Hyundai car so you should go for it.

I used i20 from 2022 and drive 50000+ KM.very reliable, low maintance, perfect hatchback, In highway and city both rides having good comfort, In day by day commute and other occasionally long routes i20 never disappointed me..

Amazing car I don't have words for such a car amazing performance milege comfort and styling with all the features that are required in a car the best for them who are looking for a hatchback better then competition i guess

Best design like front look, headlight projector halogen. Dimensions wise very good and other good quality is inside car is awesome and seat comfort is very good which make driving easy.

A very genz and comfortable car for short rides and city rides. Mileage is also moderate rather than other competitive cars. Driving experience is also quite better than previous models

Though the car is good, The customer service at Goa Hyundai and Alcon is worst. They work towards issuing bills but they do not do proper work. Once i had given my car as there was a concern with my Clutch and the ABC indicator was blinking. They returned the car by charging me that the issue is resolved. However, the next day, the car stopped on the middle of the road in the market and i had to raise concern with the Mumbai office. Later they came and replaced the part. This time i had given my car due to water seepage on the back seat. They told me I need to change the antenna as the water seepage was through the antenna. After keeping my car for 20 days, they returned stating there is no seepage. However, after returning the car and due to heavy rainfall, the water seepage was still there. I personally feel so terrible with the way their customer service is.. I am of the strong opinion that the modus operandi is to EXTORT the customer without providing PROPER SERVICE AND SOLUTION
