**Review: Extremely Frustrated With Maruti's
**Review: Extremely Frustrated with Maruti's Lack of Action on Infotainment System Issue** I am deeply disappointed with Maruti's handling of an issue with the infotainment system in my vehicle. Despite the car being less than two years old, the infotainment system has developed significant problems, and despite raising a complaint (Reference No. AO832177101), no authorized action has been taken to resolve the issue. The complaint number seems to be meaningless as no steps have been taken to address my concerns. This complete lack of response and action is unacceptable and has severely eroded my trust in Maruti and NEXA. To make matters worse, I have now been informed that I need to replace the infotainment system, which is absolutely outrageous. It is extremely disappointing to experience such negligence and lack of accountability from a brand that prides itself on customer satisfaction. I demand full coverage for the repair or replacement of the infotainment system and expect immediate and appropriate action to be taken. If this issue is not resolved to my satisfaction, I will never again consider Maruti or NEXA for my future vehicle needs, and I will not hesitate to share my negative experience publicly. **R.
