When you live in a congested city like Delhi and have to face traffic woes every now and then, I believe Maruti Swift Dzire VXI is the most perfect car to move around. It is decently sized, big enough to accommodate everyone in the family comfortably, has ample leg space, comfortable seats and looks great as well. We have one in Magma Grey and the color is a stellar. We were in a fix between cave black and magma grey but finally chose the latter. It looks classy and the visibility of evident dust is minimal. The features are optimum and to-date. It is definitely a much better and classy version than the previous models. The ease of braking, parking and enhanced safety features ensure that the drive is pleasurable and effortless. The cup-holder in the front console is my morning coffee savior when heading to work. The foldable center armrest in the backseat is one comfortable welcome change from the previous model. There are internally adjustable rear view mirrors fold or open without disturbing yourself or others. The car easily accommodates 5 people (3 at the back seat, 2 in the front). But if you're willing to squeeze 4 people can adjust in the backseat. There?s a remote backdoor opener that?s easy during security checks in a mall. The default music system (which is a must for people like me for whom driving is only fun when done with music) is good with two powerful front and rear speakers. The instrumental panel beside the steering wheel is a tell-all with tachometer, speedometer, seat belt reminder (for the forgetful), light on reminder, key-on reminder, proper door closure warning lamp, apt instrument panel decoration with wooden prints, digital clock (for time is important), fuel consumption (for fuel is further more important), odometer, and a low fuel warning lamp. In a nutshell, it's been a year that we?ve bought the car, but few scratches apart (which is mostly other people?s fault, I have no complaints whatsoever. I can surmise that it?s a perfect family city car. Go for it. Beautifully reliable.
