I have bought this in September month. Its performance and features are excellent. I don't know about service cost, but maybe it is also going in budget talking about performance, it's excellent a powerful engine with excellent mileage

Baleno average is 9 km per liter after the third service. Before service average was 18kmpl

I own a Baleno RS variant for 3 years now. My views on the car are very good. Its spacious gives mileage of 15-16kmpl minimum on heavy traffic conditions and on the highway gives a mileage of 19-20kmpl if driven between the speeds of 60-110kmph. Good car for personal use and low maintenance cost and accuracy and miner servicing cost.

Apart from the safety issue, the car has no fault at all. Drove 3000kms in 5 months. Performance is butter smooth, space is extraordinary. Servicing is awesome.

Look and design is very good but safety is not such as other cars and unsatisfied service is provided by the service center. Overall, the car is very dashing in design and feature but service is given by service center and body shop service center is not impressive & unsatisfied.

I bought the Baleno alpha petrol top-end model in July 2020 and in October the electrical starter fuse blew off. The worst part was that the sales and service people were awful to deal with. Mera chalta hue car mai engine blast kar gaya and engine siege ho gaya. Jhukmri telaiya walle Maruti service center ne engine repaire karne se mana kar diya. Mhuje baleno se ye umeed nhi thi. In future me kbhi bhi Maruti ki koi car purchase nahi karunga.

No Safety in Baleno. The body is very poor. Service cost is more different as shown on the maintenance chart. Just double the cost of engine oil in the workshop.

Weak body, moderate mileage, Good Service by Nexa, premium look, good driving experience but low acceleration and power.

This is a very good car in this range. No problem at all. The service is good. In zeta, they have to load full accessories including all mats, etc.  

Value for money with practicality and excellent fuel economy. Lower service cost and hassle-free Ownership. Great, resell value. Feature-packed cabin with premium feelings. Largest and strongest service network. The spacious cabin and boot space. Refined BS6 engine with a lower NVH level. The suspension is capable to absorb the shocks of potholes.

Best car under 8 lakh. Mileage machines are better than Honda and Hyundai. The petrol engine service will be done by 4000.

Bad fuel pump problem faces in 1 year 5000 km driven. Its been only 2 days my car on the road after 3rd-day company service provides me and the problem is with the fuel pump not working. Baleno is good car. More space, comfort drive, overall good, but service is not good.
