I recently upgraded from Volkswagen Vento high line diesel to TSI Petrol version. The turbo technology is amazing and I have driven Honda city CVT model and the difference is very apparent. It's not only for the driver but also for co-passengers who say that the experience is just out of the world. It was the right decision.
