September 4, 2014: Celebrating 5 successful years in India, Land Rover introduced an exclusive Freelander 2 Sterling Edition at Rs 44.41 lakh (Ex-showroom Mumbai). The new Freelander 2 Sterling edition comes equipped with range of sporty exterior upgrades such as 17-inch five-split spoke alloy wheels with anthracite finish, front & rear apron and black finish single tail pipe. The SUV is powered by 2.2 litre diesel engine, which churns a maximum power output of 150 Hp. The SUV also gets dark atlas grille, dark atlas fender and side vents, tailgate spoiler and lower door claddings.
