- Build Quality Is Not Upto MarkThe build quality is not up to the mark; side fiber parts are not of worth and are not fixed properly. All tires come with installed wheel balancing weights, which is not a good sign. Overall, I am not satisfied with Hyundai. This time, Hyundai compromised with quality and parts. I will not recommend anyone to go with this vehicle.3 2

- Bad ExperienceVery bad experience with Exter. The CNG tank is full but showing empty. The back camera continues for 2 to 4 minutes after changing the gear.4
- Not A Good OptionThe vehicle is of poor quality; if Hyundai believes they have improved, it's a misunderstanding on their part. The appearance of the connected tail lamp and front grille resembles that of the Hyundai Verna and is of subpar quality.3
- Unsafe, Not-so-good Looking ExterThe base variant lacks essential features, and the next variant has a price difference of over 1 Lakh, making it not a cost-effective option for a safe car.4 2
