2013 Chevrolet Cruze facelift,more details revealed

General Motors is all set and excited to showcase its new and improved sedan, 2013 Chevrolet Cruze at the much anticipated Geneva Motor Show 2012. The new Chevrolet Cruze sedan is certainly close to perfection and looks stunning. There is no clarity in terms of the launch, but hopefully it will be launched either during the end of 2012 or early next year. Coming to the looks of the 2013 Chevrolet Cruze, the front end gives feel of a station wagon and is accompanied with a new and fresh grille design that has horizontal slats. The fog lamps have been given a different look, while the bumper has been made more stylish.

The interiors of the car have been refurbished to give it more lavish and plush feel. The previous model of Chevrolet Cruze managed to fetch much appreciation in the Indian car market and with the new diesel engine affixed in the 2013 Cruze, it is expected to gain more popularity. Under the hood, 2013 Chevrolet Cruze will come with a powerful and dynamic 2 litre of VCDI turbo diesel engine, which is capable of churning out about 163 BHP of peak power and 360 Nm of peak torque.

This diesel engine will have a square design also the motor will cut down with the turbo boost and thereby increase the overall performance of the sedan. It merely takes 8.5 seconds to touch the 100 km per hour mark on the road. Therefore, it can be said that 2013 Chevrolet Cruze will certainly impress the potential consumers in the country and will positively make its mark in the Indian car market. The major competition that 2013 Cruze will face in India will comprise of Honda City, Toyota Etios, Renault Fluence, Skoda Rapid and Maruti Suzuki Dzire.
