The next generation MINI Cooper has been caught testing during its test run in Germany. The 2014 Mini Cooper will be publicly introduced later this year. The team members of WorldCarFans managed to click the regular model testing on Germany roads. Pictures reveal that the next-generation of the MINI will be longer and wider than the current generation model and it will come with a smaller front grille, slimmer A-pillars and a longer hood.
The next generation MINI comes equipped with the restyled interior cabin, and the most significant change is the inclusion of a traditional instrument cluster, which will replace the center-mounted speedometer. However, the exterior of the 2014 Cooper will mostly remain the same. 2014 MINI will include three-cylinder TwinPower engines and a 1.6-litre turbocharged petrol engine. The TwinPower engine will develop around 178bhp and the latter is expected to give 217bhp.
