Hyundai has launched the sixth-generation Elantra in the country at a compelling price point and it is one of the most feature-loaded vehicles in the executive sedan segment.
Hyundai has officially introduced the 2016 sixth-generation Elantra in India today. The sedan has been priced at Rs 12.99 lakh for the base petrol variant, while top-end diesel automatic costs Rs 19.99 lakh (ex-showroom, New Delhi). It comes with a brand-new petrol engine and platform, along with an adaptation of Hyundai’s Fluidic Sculpture 2.0 design language. Save for the facelifts, the Elantra’s segment has not seen any new offering off late, and this might give the Koreans a good start. Here’s what the 2016 Elantra has to offer in India.
