A Brief Overview Of The Design
Skoda has shared more images of the second-gen Kodiaq still draped in heavy camouflage. From what we can tell, the new model’s design is more of an evolution than a complete overhaul. The SUV has retained the same butterfly-shaped grille (though a tad bit bigger), flanked by LED headlights with integrated LED DRLs, and a redesigned front bumper with the ADAS radar mounted in the centre.
In profile, the SUV looks similar to the existing model, save for the longer wheelbase and fresh alloy wheels. Highlights at the rear include sharper LED taillights and a raked windshield.

Although Skoda hasn’t revealed the entire features set of the new Kodiaq, it has shared some headlining equipment. This includes a touchscreen unit measuring up to 12.9 inches, a 10.25-inch digital driver’s display, an optional heads-up display, and remote parking assist. Among the newly introduced features will be a cooled, dual phone box in the second row to charge two smartphones simultaneously at 15W. It will also house a cleaner for the touchscreen displays while the umbrella and ice-scraper will now be made of sustainable materials.
