The cabin will also undergo some changes with the new steering wheel and bigger displays.

Expected to get Tata’s new 1.2-litre turbo-petrol engine; the 1.5-litre diesel unit will be retained.
We have new and exclusive spy shots of the facelifted Tata Nexon, which highlight a new and cool feature addition. The updated version of the SUV will sport dynamic turn indicators, which are usually seen in several premium cars, especially from luxury brands. Tata could be the first to offer this upmarket feature in the subcompact SUV segment.
Other key design upgrades include redesigned rear bumpers, a more prominent boot shape, new tail light design, and fresh alloy wheels. The Nexon will undergo a major makeover in terms of design, which will give it a fresh lease of life.

The interior of the Nexon will also be revamped with several premium elements. It will get a new flat-bottom steering wheel with a backlit section for the spokes which displays the Tata logo. We’re also expecting the bigger 10.25-inch touchscreen system and a new 7-inch digital driver’s display from the Nexon EV Max Dark to be standard for the regular variants of the SUV.
While the 2024 Nexon will continue with the same 115PS 1.5-litre diesel engine, on offer could be the new 1.2-litre TGDI turbo-petrol unit. This engine was unveiled at the Auto Expo 2023 and is rated at 125PS and 225Nm. The current turbo-petrol engine’s AMT option can be replaced by a DCT (dual clutch automatic) mated to Tata’s new one.

We’re expecting the Tata Nexon facelift to command a premium over the current version, which retails from Rs 7.80 lakh to Rs 14.50 lakh (ex-showroom). It will continue to rival the likes of Kia Sonet, Mahindra XUV300, Renault Kiger, Maruti Suzuki Brezza, Nissan Magnite and the Hyundai Venue.
