    The BYD Seal with 2025 model-year updates has now been launched at Rs 41 lakh (ex-showroom). It is available in three variants: Dynamic, Premium and Performance. While the starting price remains unchanged, the mid-spec Premium and top-spec Performance variants have a premium of Rs 15,000 over the MY2024 Seal.

    Features & Safety

    As part of the 2025 MY update, the Seal sedan gets noteworthy updates in its feature set, like a powered sunshade and wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto as standard, a new silver-plated dimming canopy in the panoramic sunroof and an updated AC with a larger compressor system and a new module for air purification. The mid-spec Premium variant also gets frequency-selective dampers (FSD). The top Performance variant gets a new DiSus-C system, which electronically adjusts the dampers in real-time, based on thousands of inputs per second, to improve stability and comfort.

    Besides these, the BYD Seal continues with its existing features like a rotating 15.6-inch infotainment display, a 10.25-inch digital driver’s display, dual wireless phone chargers, head-up display, V2L technology, keyless entry, NFC card key and a 12-speaker sound system. Additional comfort features include dual-zone auto AC and ventilated and heated front seats. The driver’s seat gets 8-way power adjustment, memory function, and 4-way lumbar power adjustment, and the co-driver’s seat gets 6-way power adjustment.

    Its safety features include 9 airbags, front and rear parking sensors, hill hold control, ISOFIX child seat anchors and a full suite of advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS), including adaptive cruise control, lane keep assist and autonomous emergency braking.
