The Tata Harrier EV is the only car in the automaker’s lineup to get an all-wheel-drive (AWD) setup
Tata Motors revealed the price list of all the variants of the Harrier EV and now, it has opened order books of its flagship electric SUV. It is offered in five broad variants: Adventure, Adventure S, Fearless Plus, Empowered and Empowered AWD, the top-spec variant of which is available in a matte-black Stealth edition. If you are keen in buying the Harrier EV, here’s everything you need to know about it:

The Tata Harrier EV looks largely similar to its ICE-powered counterpart, with both SUVs featuring a similar silhouette and proportions. It carries over elements like the connected LED DRLs and LED headlights, while distinguishing itself with EV-specific touches such as a blanked-off grille, silver vertical slats on the front bumper, and a faux silver skid plate that adds to its rugged look.

In profile, the Tata Harrier EV gets redesigned 19-inch alloy wheels with aerodynamic covers, along with “.ev” badges on the front doors in place of the Harrier badges found on the diesel-powered SUV. Apart from these distinctions, the rest of the side profile remains unchanged, including the black outside rearview mirrors (ORVMs) and the rugged black cladding on the doors and wheel arches.

The rear design of the Tata Harrier EV also closely resembles that of the regular Harrier, featuring connected LED tail lights, a roof-mounted spoiler, and a rear wiper and washer. The only notable difference is the rear skid plate, which now gets vertical slats to match the design theme at the front.
Interior

The interior of the Tata Harrier EV, much like its exterior, remains largely similar to the ICE-powered version. However, it gets a fresh white and grey cabin theme, similar to what is seen in the Curvv EV and Nexon EV, which gives the interior a more modern and airy feel.

Key elements such as the 4-spoke steering wheel with an illuminated logo and the 10.25-inch digital driver’s display have been carried over. The main upgrade comes in the form of a larger 14.5-inch touchscreen infotainment system, which now uses a Samsung-sourced QLED display for sharper visuals and better responsiveness.
The centre console is well laid out, featuring a drive selector stalk, twin cupholders, controls for the electronic parking brake, a rotary terrain mode selector, and a centre armrest. The seats are finished in grey leatherette upholstery, which enhances the overall premium feel of the cabin.
