BMW 6 series coupe spotted being tested

The all new and most awaited BMW 6-series coupe is seen on Indian roads taking test drives and simply stunning people on road. Six months before its global launch, the car is seen testing in the world’s second largest auto market.

It was the month of April that the stunning coupe made its appearance in the four-door BMW Gran Coupé same as the sibling BMW 6 series cabriolet version. The car is fitted with stunning interiors and refreshed exteriors. The four seated coupe will keep  your eyes glued to its interior with roomier designing and stunning detailing.

The dashboard used in the car is conveniently placed and designed based on driver’s position. The head, hip, shoulder and arm room is increased prominently to make the taste of luxury go more enhanced.

The powerterain to be available in the upcoming BMW 6 series coupe includes direct-injection petrol engines mated with a stunning eight-speed automatic gearbox as standard. The engine Is based on superior technology and designed for those who love to play with speed without losing grip on drive.

BMW 6 Series 640i which is the base variant will come loaded with a turbocharged 3.0-litre engine which will churn out a peak power of 320bhp and churn out a peak torque of 45kgm. The car is built with high end technology and make it efficient for touching a mark of 100 kph in just 5.7sec. The maximum speed expected out of the stunning model is 250 kph, with an effective fuel efficiency of 14.88 km/litre.

Coming to the high end variant, BMW 6 series 650i will be powered by a 4.4-litre V8 engine build to smoke out a max power of 407bhp and top torque of 61.2 kgm. The efficient technology and superior designing will take the  car to 100kph mark in just 5.0 sec. The fuel economy offered by the variant will be 11.05 km/litre. Another  variant in the series will be powered by a 320bhp turbodiesel engine.
