Fiat To Launch New Linea Variants

Fiat Linea, the flagship car model in the domestic auto market by Italian auto major Fiat is going to get two more new siblings which will come some array of features and specs. The Fiat is planing to include these two new variants of this well performer sedan Fiat Linea in the month of June this year.

Firat Linea has innovative features and powerful engine loaded among the ones Toyota Etios, Maruti Swift Dzire, Hyundai Verna and Mahindra Logan available in the domestic car market. The sedan rolls out in both the diesel and the petrol engine model and till now 10 variants of the car has been launched in price range of between 6.5 lakh to 9.49 lakh.

 

It seems that Fiat wants to continue with this flagship model and is ready to launch two new variants. The new variants of Fiat Linea has been spotted at Fiat's Mysore based workshop and as per leaked some features specs they would be more fuel efficient and performer than old. Now the company is coming with a 1.6 Multijet Fiat Linea and 1.3 Multijet Automatic Fiat Linea.

 

The 1.6 Multijet Fiat Linea is powered by a 1600cc diesel engine that producing top power of 105bhp and maximum torque of 290NM at high rpm. This new diesel variant features with variable geometry turbine. Meanwhile 1.3 Multijet Automatic Fiat Linea is loaded with a 1300cc powerplant which is blessed with Fiat’s famous Dualogic transmission. As it is known that the DuaLogic name is symbol for better performance and better economy.

Along with these new engines some new exterior and interior changes are also expected in these cars which will make them savvy  in this segment. It also is expecting that 1.6 and 1.3 variant of the car will have some more price than present Linea. On the other hand Fiat 500, Fiat Grande Punto and Fiat Palio Stile are another popular cars in India by the Italian. Its likely that after the launch of these new variants another car may come from the Italian's stable Fiat Siena or Fiat Petra is also expecting.
