If the rumours are to be believed then the new Ford Fiesta is going to be launched on 14 of this month. The launch of this new car so early in the market might be the fear of loosing the agitation that the car has created in the market.

The car is expected to get a very tough competition from Hyundai Verna Fluidic sedan which is doing a great business in the market and clocked good numbers in June sales. The Ford Fiesta could get an advantage over the Hyundai car as the Hyundai car has a waiting period of about 6 months, so the launch of this new Fiesta car may divert the attention of the Indian buyers towards it.

As claimed by Ford this new Fiesta would be the best in its segment, the car would come equipped with the class features and would provide the buyer with best mileage and lowest maintenance cost in its segment.The car will be incorporated with a 1.5 Liter TDCI, turbocharged-intercooled diesel engine, as expected the car would get good sales figure to the company, as the car is expected to come equipped with new features and good levels of equipment. The refreshed sedan is likely to attenuate the stagnancy in the car sales which seems to strenghthen its grip over the automakers in India.

Ford Indian has already sent an invitation to all the Ford dealers across the country for the preview of the car on 10 July. Ford Fiesta price and the other variant details will be announced on 14 July, that is on the launch of this car. At present date Ford under its portfolio has Ford Fiesta, Ford Endeavour and Ford Figo.
