The American auto giant Ford after the super success of Ford Figo in India recently announced the export of Ford Figo 1.6 to the middle east. The company is apparently thinking on the lines of launching a variant of its flagship Ford Figo in India in order to maintain its popularity in the exponentially growing Indian auto market. The all new Ford Figo is expected to be equipped with the 1.6 Duratec engine which delivers 100 bhp of power.

The car will gun straight against the already popular hatchback in India Volkswagen Polo 1.6 along with Skoda Fabia 1.6. The all new Ford Figo 1.6 is expected to priced on the same lines as its predecessor. Ford Figo recently completed its one successful year in the Indian auto market. Ford was struggling to make a place for itself in the Indian auto market for a long time but was unable to attain that position.

After a long wait the American auto giant tasted success with its popular hatchback Ford Figo which managed to woo the middle class customers. Ford Figo helped in surging sales for the American auto giant in India. Ford is also heard to relaunch its sedan Ford Fiesta in India. Ford Fiesta managed to bag the top position in the consumer satisfaction consecutively for the second time in a research conducted by TNS.

i am a Fiat Uno owner(gr8 car)...n now M just waitin 4 this one to launch....fords duratec is a gr8 engine...would like to knw d expected launch date.. :)
