Honda Amaze Diesel- More Features and Specifications Leaked

Honda Amaze is unquestionably one of the most awaited vehicles of the year, everybody including us are waiting for Honda's first diesel car in India. In our last story, we informed you about company's plans of rolling out the vehicle in April, now Team-BHP reveals some spec details of the car, indicating the key features Amaze will come up with.

The Honda Amaze will have a ground clearance of around 165mm, 4.6 metre turning radius, 8-spoke 14 inches alloy wheels, 175/65 R14 tyres, manual air-conditioning, Dual airbags, ABS & EBD, Driver's seat height adjustment, Rear demister, Blinkers integrated ORVMs, Center armrest with cup-holders in Rear seat, 400-litre boot, Fabric seats with integrated head-rests, front chrome grill and Rear chrome garnish, proving the Amaze to be a feature rich car. The interiors of the car remind you of Honda Brio, it has the similar dashboard, but Amaze has more to offer to its customers.

Engine details were already known to everyone, the Amaze will have two engine options a 1.2-litre petrol (Brio's engine) and 1.5-litre i-DTEC diesel engine. While the 1.2-litre petrol engine returns an impressive power output of 87bhp, the 1.5-litre i-DTEC diesel engine is likely to give 85-90bhp with claimed mileage of 23kmpl. 

The vehicle will also be offered in an automatic variant, sporting the similar five-speed transmission used in Brio AT. The report further reveals that the vehicle will be offered in a total five colour options including Black, Silver, White, Azure Grey and Blue.
