Honda Civic reduced price 8 lakh

The electric hybrid car variant of the Honda group of companies - The Honda Civic hybrid is not only environmentally friendly but is one of the best car in the sedan category of the cars. After its launch the Honda group has sold nearly 30 cars in its segment of Honda Hybrid Civic cars. But the market response is not very appealing so as to increase the market response the company has reduced the price of its car - Honda Civic Hybrid. Its not that the price has been reduced to a small extent, it is to be noted that the price has been reduced by 8 lakhs from Rs.21.5 lakh to Rs.13.36 lakh.
Initially Honda Siel Cars India (HSCI) in India made the decision to make these eco-friendly cars more affordable. And it is believed that Civic hybrid is the India's first full hybrid vehicle. The 1.3 litre petrol engine of the car all along with the electric battery is capable of giving the car a average mileage of 20 kilometers per litre of the petrol. It is assumed that it is the best fuel economy been given by any car and that too on the Indian roads.
