With a tally of over 15,000 units, it was the best ever monthly sales result for the Hyundai Creta in India
The Hyundai Creta has reclaimed the top position in the February 2024 sales chart with a positive month-on-month (MoM) result, beating the Maruti Grand Vitara. Almost 45,000 compact SUVs were sold in India last month. Here’s how each of them performed:

The Honda Elevate took a hit of over 30 percent in MoM sales in February 2024. Honda managed to retail over 3,000 units of the Elevate SUV. The Elevate’s current market share in the segment stands at 7 percent.

The Volkswagen Taigun had next to no change in monthly sales. More than 1,200 units of the Taigun SUV retailed in February 2024. On the other hand, the Skoda Kushaq registered a growth of 5 percent in MoM sales, even crossing the sales mark of 1,000 units, but fell just 149 units short of the Taigun’s February sales.

The MG Astor also registered a positive growth in MoM sales, attracting over 1,000 buyers last month.

The Citroen C3 Aircross was the least selling compact SUV in February 2024, with only 127 units sold.
