Hyundai Motor India Ltd (HMIL) has registered around 3.9% growth in Exports for the month of September 2012. However the domestic sales inspected a huge decline of 14.2 per cent, HMIL sold 30,851 units compared to 35,955 units for the same month last year in India.
Commenting on the sales, Mr Rakesh Srivastava, Vice President, National Sales, HMIL said, “We expect the suppressed demand would improve on account of festive purchases as the demand peaks during this period. The neo Elantra, a modern premium brand has received an overwhelming customer response making it a top performer in the executive segment.”
