India the biggest car exporter than China

India being the most favoured hub for outsourcing as well as manufacturing today has emerged as Asia's largest car exporter to the world. Hyundai Motors and Maruti are two of the largest exporters of small cars from India.

Hyundai Motors India Limited has already exported nearly half of its production across the globe especially in Europe. Maruti has also doubled its exports figures this year.

Nearly every auto manufacturer in India are planning to launch a new car and set up a plant in India. Volkswagen is setting up its plant in Maharashtra where it will also assemble its hatchback model Polo. Nissan and Mahindra Renault will set their manufacturing unit near Chennai and Ford will be launching it's engine plant in India which powers its global models. Chevrolet Beat, Premier Rio the SUV segment and Volkswagen Polo cars will be soon launched in India
