Maruti Suzuki launched the limited edition of Celerio VXi+

On the auspicious occasion of Navratri, Japanese manufacturer Maruti Suzuki launched the Limited Edition of Celerio VXi+. The limited edition VXi+ is actually a package available at dealer end and boasts cosmetic upgrades like central locking with remote, body colored door handles and ORVMs with side blinkers. The limited edition is also available in LXi and VXi variants. The limited edition is introduced to attract more buyers in the festival season.
Earlier all these extra features in the VXi+ package would have priced at Rs 20,000 but for a limited period of time, they are priced at Rs 13,990. Inside the cabin, the limited edition model embraces JVC 2-DIN music system and extra speakers.
While under the hood, the power generation is done by the same 1.0-litre, 4 cylinder engine which churns max output of 67bhp and 90Nm of peak torque. The engine is coupled to either a five-speed manual gearbox or an Automated Manual Transmission (AMT). The hatch delivers a fuel economy of 23.1kmpl which is same in manual and AMT models. Recently, the manufacturer also introduced a limited and special edition of Swift, Swift DZire and WagonR.
Furthermore, Maruti Suzuki dealers have also started taking booking for the Ciaz with an upfront payment of Rs. 21,000. It is also expected that Maruti Suzuki will launch the C-segment saloon in October which lock horns with market leader Honda City and Hyundai Verna.
