Maruti Suzuki has launched top of the line variant of Celerio ZXI AGS (Auto-Gear-Shift) aka AMT. The Celerio’s ZXi AGS trim was in-line for launch from quite some time and the company has finally introduced it on the first anniversary of the vehicle.
Speaking of the features and goodies on the Celerio ZXi AGS, Maruti has offered drive side airbag; double-din audio system with radio, CD, USB, Bluetooth and AUX-in support along with audio controls on the steering wheel; steering wheel is tilt-adjustable; there’s a rear wiper with washer and demister; outside rear view mirrors is electronically adjustable; and keyless entry. Apart from these, features from LXi and VXi are carried forward in the ZXi AGS. However, ABS is still not offered with ZXi AGS compared to manual ZXI (optional).
As this is a variant edition, it is powered by the same motor - 1.0-liter K10B naturally aspirated petrol. The engine musters 68 PS and 90 Nm of max torque, mated to an AMT automatic transmission delivering 23.1 kmpl certified fuel efficiency.
