Maruti Unveiled Ritz engine

Maruti Suzuki will use K12M engine for its Upcoming Maruti Ritz model. Maruti Suzuki unveiledthe engine of this model at the Gurgaon plant of the company. This K12M engine fulfills the BS-IV norms and it is also fuel efficient compare to other vehicles of Maruti Suzuki India.
This engine is of 1197 cc and it is capable of generating power of approximately 84 BHP. The engine is almost squarer in shape and it is a coming with a shorter stroke length. According to company statement “The Maruti Ritz will be yet another compact car to join the company’s A2 offering that includes Alto, Zen Estilo, A-star, Wagon R and Swift. The Maruti Ritz is in advanced stage of preparation for a formal launch shortly.”
