Messung forays into social infrastructure & PA segment with the launch of Messung Technologies Pvt. Ltd

Pioneer of PLC Programmable Logic Controller technology in India and a well known name in the industrial automation provider Messung Group of Companies today unleashed the new Systems & Solutions division for the process industry through Messung Technologies Pvt. Ltd (MTPL). MTPL will cater to the social infrastructure and PA segment by providing latest world class automation solutions.
Messung Group of Companies were established back in 1981 and it has been persistently working towards expanding its services it offers. MTPL will be confined to the social infrastructure and PA business, it is likely to become a leading automaton market in India. The new venture comprises of automation solutions for waste water management, water management, power generation & distribution, sewage management and HVAC / Air-conditioning systems. The new portfolio will focus on oil & gas, steel, power and infrastructure. Speaking on the occasion Mr. Farook Merchant, Chairman & Managing Director, Messung Group of Companies, said that in the coming years infrastructure will become a potential market in. He further added that the company's experience in the Indian market will help in strengthening its position in the automation market.
Expressing his thought over the relationship with Messung, Mr. Francis Cheng, General Manager, Automation & Motion Control Systems (Factory Automation & Industrial Division) Mitsubishi Electric; Asia said that the company is elated over the relationship with Messung ever since it started back in 1995.
Speaking on the 15 years old relationship of Messung with Mitsubushi Electric, Mr. Merchant said that its association with Mitsubishi has helped Messung in improving the expertise. He also added that the company will continue to deliver new-age automation solutions as their commitment and will work hard towards strengthening its position in the automation industry.
