This latest addition to Citroen’s La Maison network ups the tally to 20 cities
Citroen has opened its latest La Maison Citroen dealership in Bhubaneshwar, Odisha. ‘La Maison Citroen,’ which is French for ‘The Home of Citroen,’ is the carmaker’s brand of phygital showrooms. This means it uses both physical and digital elements as part of its sales and service experience.

The showroom is located near Grand Bazaar in Cuttack, Odisha, and includes amenities like test drives and after-sales services. Inside the showroom, you can see a large display, wooden interiors and inscriptions on the walls. The La Maison Citroen has a 3D configurator with a 360-degree view to personalise products and services.

L’Atelier Citroen, the after-sales workshop, offers services like virtual remote diagnosis, guaranteed roadside assistance (RSA) in three hours, periodic service and maintenance with pickup and drop and availability of genuine spare parts in a day.
Presently, the French automaker only has two cars in its India lineup: the C3 compact hatchback and the C5 Aircross premium mid-size SUV. The third, an EV, is due to be unveiled by the end of 2022.
