New Tata Indigo CS e-series launched

Tata Motors, India's leading car maker has launched an upgraded version of its popular car in India, the Tata Indigo CS. The new version of Tata Indigo CS is compatible to the new BS-IV emission norms. The car has been launched with a new DICOR engine which is able to generate the maximum power of 70PS at torque of 4000rpm.
The company has named the new model as Tata Indigo CS e-series and some exciting up-gradations have been made in interior as well as in exteriors. The car has been updated with a new new grille and new body colored rear view mirrors turn indicators. With this, many changes have been made in the interiors of the car including a two tone beige interiors, instrument cluster with chrome rings, gradient climb assist and Blue-tooth connectivity with AUX. The new Tata Indica Vista e-series is costlier by about Rs 10,000 as compare to the previous BS-III compatible version.
As the new BS-IV emission norms have been implemented in India since April 1st, car-maker are upgrading their cars in India to make them compatible to the new emission norms. Car makers including Maruti, Hyundai and GM have launched many of their new and upgraded cars in India. At the same time many cars have been phased out from 13 major Indian cities including Maruti 800 and Hyundai Getz.
