Nissan India teases all-new Nissan Micra

We are constantly informing you about the all-new Nissan Micra, which is the company's global product. The hatchback was already unveiled in various international markets, including Thailand and the UK. The car has been spotted numerous occasion during its test mules here in India, indicating a near launch. For the first time, Nissan India has teased the all-new Micra at its Facebook page, and its web-portal claims the all-new Nissan Micra to be coming soon. The exact launch time of the car is yet to be disclosed, but we expect it to hit the Indian shores by July-August.

The all-new Micra gets a new exterior color 'Pacific Blue', which is also featured on the image. It impresses with its muscular design and new features, making it more aggressive and better looking than the current model. However, the mechanics of the vehicle will remain same. The exteriors of the revamped hatch has received new headlights, more prominent grille adorning the familiar circular badge within a chromed extended V-shaped motif. Moreover, the bonnet, front and rear bumpers are also restyled, making it look more aggressive and dynamic than before.

The interiors of the new Micra have also gone through makeover. It gets a new centre console, new trim and new finishing touches. More interestingly, it also adorns an all-new communication centre with the latest state-fo-the-art touchscreen navigation system, with a larger screen. It also gets various advanced features like keyless entry and push start and stop, steering mounted audio control, electrically folding mirrors, alloy wheels, rear parking camera, ABS and even Bluetooth connectivity.

The vehicle will be available with two engine options, a 75bhp, 1.2-litre three-cylinder petrol engine and the 1.5-litre K9K diesel engine. The petrol engine is mated to a five speed manual transmission and now has the CVT.
