Nissan will offer the Magnite in five variants: XE, XL, XV, XV Premium and XV Premium (O).

It will be offered with either a 1.0-litre naturally aspirated petrol unit or a 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine.

Both engines get a standard 5-speed manual but only the turbo-petrol gets the choice of a CVT.

It will feature a 360-degree camera, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, and wireless charging.

Likely to be priced from Rs 5.50 lakh to Rs 9.55 lakh (ex-showroom).
While various details including the variants and engine options of the Nissan Magnite have been officially revealed, the carmaker is yet to announce its prices. We have now learnt that it could be launched on November 26. Select dealerships have even started accepting unofficial pre-launch bookings for Rs 11,000.
Nissan will offer the SUV in five variants: XE, XL, XV, XV Premium, and XV Premium (O). It will be offered with LED projector headlamps with LED DRLs, LED fog lamps, auto AC, an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, and a 360-degree camera. Nissan will also be offering a Tech Pack which adds features such as a wireless charging pad, air purifier, ambient lighting, puddle lights and a JBL sound system that will be available from the XV variant onwards with all engine options. The Magnite will get three powertrain options that will be offered in the following variants:

It will be a petrol-only offering. Nissan will offer it with either a 1.0-litre naturally aspirated or a 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine. The naturally aspirated unit (72PS/96Nm), the same one offered in the Renault Triber, will only come with a 5-speed manual while the new 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine will get the choice of a 5-speed manual as well as a CVT. While the exact output figures are yet unknown, the turbo-petrol engine is expected to produce 100PS/152Nm while the Triber’s 1.0-litre naturally aspirated unit should develop the same output of 72PS and 96Nm in the Magnite.

Nissan’s SUV will take on the Kia Sonet, Toyota Urban Cruiser, Tata Nexon, Mahindra XUV300, Hyundai Venue, Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza, Ford EcoSport, and the upcoming Renault Kiger.
