Oetiker Plant in India

Oetiker Group, the switzerland based company, has launched its manufacturing plant at Patalganga near Mumbai. The manufacturer supplies clamps and rings to fasten hoses, pipes and other related parts to auto makers in North, South and West. The company claimed to get orders for parts for newly launched cars like Tata Nano, Maruti Ritz, Fiat Linea. The total investment on the plant is Rs 60 Crore and it had the capacity of 75 million production. The company has a long list of automotive clients and claims that most cars plying on Indian roads have at least 15 Oetiker products fitted into them for various purposes. Company expected good potential and growth in the country and to create long term relations with the domestic and global customers.
