Pravaig, a Bengaluru-based start-up, has been working on developing homegrown EVs for quite some time now. Its latest creation is an electric SUV confirmed to be unveiled on November 25.
As of now, we don’t have a name for the SUV but Pravaig has showcased a few teasers revealing its overall design. These renders reveal a long, angular body with a mature design and sharp lines. Based on what we assume to be door handles, it could have Rolls-Royce-style suicide rear doors. Other teasers reveal dual sunroofs and a sleek LED light bar that stretches across the rear as the taillight.

The aspiring carmaker’s electric powertrain is said to be capable of offering over 500km of range, a top speed of 200kmph, and fast charging capabilities to top up the battery in 30 minutes. Details for this upcoming electric SUV are scarce, but it is expected to borrow elements from the Extinction electric sedan project. That may include a limo-style cabin, fold-out tables to act as workspaces, and digital displays. It could also get a PM 2.5 air filter and a Devialet sound system as a premium electric offering.
In terms of range, the Pravaig electric SUV could be a competitor to the recently introduced BYD Atto 3 but bigger and with a more premium cabin experience.
