The 2023 Tata Nexon has been unveiled and the facelift is all set to launch tomorrow. The updated SUV gets a fresh new look, redesigned interiors and a lot of added equipment to its feature list. Its order books have been open for a while and here is all you need to know about it before its launch.
Modern Design
Tata has gone above and beyond to make this facelift look like a generation update. It gets a completely redesigned fascia with a sharper bonnet, sequential LED DRLs, vertically placed LED headlights which have been borrowed from the Harrier EV concept, and a sleeker bumper.
The side profile is more or less the same except for the new aerodynamically designed 16-inch alloy wheels. However, the rear end has been changed a lot, just like the front. The most prominent feature here is the connected tail lamp setup, and it also gets a flatter finish and a redesigned bumper.
Updated Cabin
Just like the exterior, the interiors have also been redesigned completely. The dashboard looks more upright than the previous curved design. The highlight of this new cabin is the bigger central display, fewer physical controls in the centre console, and the new two-spoke steering wheel with a backlit Tata logo. It gets a new cabin theme colours as well (matching select new paint options) which is present on the upholstery as well.
New Features
The Nexon now gets a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Android Auto and Apple Carplay, a 10.25-inch digital driver’s display, paddle shifters and a touch-enabled climate control panel. Other features like wireless phone charging, ventilated front seats, automatic climate control and cruise control have been retained from the outgoing Nexon.
