In the reinstating process, the labour commissioner officials will be studying the submissions by the company management and HMIEU and will provide their decision it there after. An MoU had been signed between HMIEU and the company management in the month of June 2010, according to which a a six-member review committee with representative from the company management and the union and the labour commissioner office was to be constituted for considering the reinstatement of 35 dismissed employees.
