We have regularly been updating you about the Polo R Cup 2012 event and following the tradition we bring to the latest from the race as the National championship moves into its second-half. Till now, Ameya Walvalker is leading the table for the first three rounds.
The Round Four is set to further push the adrenaline levels higher in Chennai, once again at the Madras Motor Race Track. The race is getting more and more interesting with Mihir Dharkar and Sandeep Kumar pushing hard to move ahead of Ameya.
Ameya won the Race One in the 3rd Round and captured the second position in the Race Two. Following him closely behind is Mihir who won the Race Two in the Round Three. This year the drivers for the very time are racing in the TSI Race Polo. This hatch is making the race even more interesting with the splendid power and control that it offers. The Race Polo has a 1.4-litre direct injection which churns out 180bhp at 6200rpm and a torque of 250Nm mated to a direct shift gearbox.
