Suzuki calls back 2,27,000 Wagon R and other models in Japan

With a view to fix some flaws in its cars, Suzuki, the Japan based car manufacturer will call back its models from customers in Japan. Two minor flaws have been detected by transport ministry in the models of Suzuki Motor Corp and a filing has been done today. Among the defects, a door latch at the rear door does not meet the safety standards as it might leave the back door flow open in case of high rough drive. In order to fix this problem, Suzuki has called back 7 models from its portfolio encircling Nissan Motor Co model and Mazda Motor Corp AZ Wagon. The number of units under this category amounts to 177,692 which will be called back by the company and the latch will be treated as per norms.
The second flaw which was detected in Suzuki models is exceptionally big hub caps which are not in perfect proportion with the wheels as should be according to the norms. Under this flaw, the company has to call back total of 49,122 units. For now no news of any mishap is reported because of this flaw and will soon be taken care of, by the company.

Suzuki Motors will soon call its defected models back and a proper treatment will be given to the cars which will be fixed as soon as possible. Certainly the big Japanese car manufacturer which has its footprints in many other countries cannot take a chance with its image and thus will come with solid repairing actions for these detected flaws.
