Tata Aria to be launched by June 2010

Tata Motors, India's largest car manufacturer is all set to launch its new crossover Tata Aria in the country by the end of second quarter, this year. Though the company hasn't disclosed the price of the Tata Aria model but it is expected that it will be launched in India in a price range of Rs 12.5- 14.5 lakh. Tata Aria is the first-ever crossover in India which has four-wheel drive option in it.

The New Tata Aria model was showcased at Delhi Auto expo, last month where it attracted large number of visitors. Tata Aria model has a unique design and construction which makes it attractive as well as comfortable. On the other hand the interior of Tata Aria model is coming with three rows of theater style seating which gives a luxurious surrounding of premium features.

A 3D surround sound system, dual air conditioning with automatic climate control and cruise control, a dimming roof lamps, a basic infotainment system and in-dash built in GPS, multi functional steering wheel are some other exciting features in Tata Aria model. Besides this the Tata Aria model has new generation safety features including 6 airbags and ABS with EBD. Tata Motors is planning to make Tata Aria as its flagship model in India, in the crossover segment. Around 150 engineers worked for three years to engineer the Tata Aria model with the help of UK R&D center.
