Tata Motors facing non payment accusations

Tata Motors leading Indian auto maker is according to news reports facing non payment accusations from vendors and suppliers. in recent past Tata Motors was involved in some foreign acquisitions. As it is looking these collaborations resulting as a costly dicisioncostly for Tata Motors.

Although almost all auto sector players are dealing with low sells and credit crunch but this news is unique of its type and with this news Tata Motors is also seems to be joining the group off auto giants who are cutting production and asking for bailouts.  

British brand JLR (Jaguar and Land Rove) has run into some payment problems with vendors and suppliers. According to reports a top official of  Adityapur Small Industries Association (ASIA) that supplies components to Tata’s truck and bus plant in the same city claimed that more then 500 crore payment due from the Tata Motors side

According to Tata Motors spokesman the company is trying to deal with this situation in association with vendors and company is optimistic about solving this problem very soon.
