Tata motors unveiled the SUV Tata Aria on 11 October 2010, the first Indian SUV. The crossover is a multi utility wheeler. The Tata Motor's crossover will prove to be of great utility for the Indian markets as per the experts. Tata Aria comes with a price tag of Rs. 13-16 Lakh. The SUV is surely to give competition to its equivalent such as Toyota Innova and Mahindra Xylo. As per the analysts, Tata Aria will give the sales of Tata Motors a boost which will help them in keeping the momentum in the market.

The Indian Stock market started on a much slower pace as expected with 5.6% in August 2010. The market has shown a slower progress as compared to the last year's 15.2%, showed on October 12th, 2010, Tuesday. The Manufacturing units rose to a 5.9% in August 2010, but it is was lower than the last year's 10.6% in August 2009. the Industrial output showed a high from 13.8%'s earlier to 15.2 % for July 2010.

On 12 October 2010, Tata Motors declared the successful accomplishment of its shares which are summing upto $750 million, which has 'A' the ordinary shares accumulating to a $550 million and other ordinary shares coming upto $200 million. The company told, it received great response from advisers and investors from all over the world to issue an aggregating amount of $1.85 billon. The stocks had a record hit of Rs. 1180.50 today.

Tata Motors shows up again with the launch of the long awaited Tata Aria, a combination of Sedan, SUV a multi utility vehicle, which is sure to have a market hike. The multi utility vehicle was unveiled at the Auto Expo. The four wheeler has 2.2L DICOR engine, which comes with a variable turbine technology and has 16 valves with twin overheated camshaft and 32 bit ECU, producing 140 PS Power and 320 NM Torque. Tata Aria is a seven seater car with new engine technology, advanced navigators, ABS and air bags. With experts reviewing the market, they are sure that Tata Aria will bring momentum to the growth of Tata Motors, the commercial car makers. The Tata Aria looks stylish and promising.
