This list is dominated by SUVs, including the recently facelifted Tata Nexon EV
One of the biggest festivals in India, Diwali, stands for many things but it is mainly known as the festival of lights. While others may be lighting up their homes and work spaces, cars have their own ways of brightening up our festive times (pun intended!), including by way of their powerful headlights. Once limited to pricey cars only, the brighter technology of LED lighting has become more accessible than ever. So we thought of compiling a list of cars under Rs 15 lakh that get all-LED headlights as standard. Let’s check them out:
Hyundai Venue N Line
-
The Hyundai Venue N Line is the sportier alternative of the regular Venue sub-4m SUV. It is based on the well-equipped variants of the standard model.
-
It hence gets all-LED auto-projector headlights as standard along with LED DRLs as part of its expansive features list.
-
Hyundai retails the Venue N Line in two broad trims: N6 and N8.
-
Prices of the sportier Venue range from Rs 12.08 lakh to Rs 13.90 lakh.

Maruti XL6
-
The Maruti XL6 is only one of the two models in the carmaker’s lineup to get all-LED headlights as standard (the other being the far pricier Maruti Invicto). The XL6 is also the only MPV to feature on this list.
-
Maruti has provided the Nexa-exclusive MPV with multi-reflector LED headlights and LED DRLs as well as LED front fog lamps across its lineup.
-
The XL6 is sold in three broad variants – Zeta, Alpha and Alpha Plus – priced between Rs 11.56 lakh and Rs 14.82 lakh.

With the recently introduced facelift, the Tata Nexon EV got multiple updates, including a lengthier features set.
-
As part of the additional equipment, the all-electric Nexon now gets LED headlights with LED DRLs as standard.
-
Tata is offering the new Nexon EV in three broad variants: Creative, Fearless, and Empowered. That said, only the base variant qualifies for this list.
-
It is priced from Rs 14.74 lakh to Rs 19.94 lakh.
MG Astor
-
The MG Astor is one of the oldest models on this list as it was launched back in October 2021 in India and has not received any updates since.
-
It gets LED projector headlights and LED DRLs as standard.
-
MG offers the Astor in a total of five trims: Style, Super, Smart, Sharp and Savvy. Only the Style, Super, and some Smart variants stay valid for this list.
-
The compact SUV is priced between Rs 10.82 lakh and Rs 18.69 lakh.
Honda Elevate
-
One of the most recent launches in India in the SUV space was the Honda Elevate.
-
Honda has also provided it with LED projector headlights with LED DRLs right from the base variant.
-
It is sold in four broad variants: SV, V, VX, and ZX.
-
The Elevate SUV is priced from Rs 11 lakh to Rs 16.20 lakh.
