In 2010, the world's biggest auto makers rolled out 74,759 units which marked an increase of 38 per cent against the 2009 sales. And for this year Toyota Motors hopes to double the sales figure by rolling out 150,000 units.

It can be predicted as the small car market holds 70 per cent in the domestic auto market share. With this reason various car makers globally are investing in the domestic car market.

Toyota might be making extremely good cars but so far as customer care is concerned they are not even 10% of what Maruti Suzuki is. I booked an Etios on 22nd of November (much before the launch) with Grace Toyota, Gurgaon now inspite of my no. of mails and reminders with cc to CR dept., other sales rep. and TKM as well no body is bothered even to reply regarding the delivery of the vehicle. So far as customer relation is concerned I would rate TOYOTA as ZERO
