Last year, someone in China had destroyed his Lamborghini due to lack of interest from the company for after sales and service. This year, another unsatisfied owner of a Maserati, smashed his luxury car due to bad service from the company.
Our friends from China Car Times report that the owner was unhappy with the Furi Group, the distributor of Maserati in Qingdao region.
They have been replacing his new car parts with second-hand parts, whereas the customer paid for the new ones, and even the fact that the company didn’t resolve his issues with the car. As per the reports, the Maserati Quattroporte was bought in September 2011 was in the workshop in November that year for fixing some issues.
The dealership without any confirmed authorization made the repairs and a bill of Rs 21,000 was levied on the owner. On return back home, the owner claims to have found old and dirty parts on his car.
The dealership in Qingdao or Furi Group, both are yet release a statement on this incident. But there should be a strong reason why a Rs 2.3 crore car was destroyed for a Rs 21,000 service bill. Answers to this are still awaited.
