Volkswagen Golf Spied, Volkswagen Jetta launch expected soon

As per recent reports, German automaker Volkswagen carried out road tests of its Volkswagen Golf cars in Pune, Maharashtra. It is being said that Volkswagen India is testing Volkswagen Golf on Indian roads since this hatchback car comes affixed with same gearbox and engine which will be added in company’s next release new 2011 Volkswagen Jetta. As per relevant sources, Volkswagen is planning to launch its newest car Volkswagen Jetta 2011 soon. However, before launching company is checking the operational excellence of Volkswagen Golf which shares the same gearbox and engine as of Volkswagen Jetta.

Additionally, with this test-run Volkswagen is keeping the audience at bay from peeking into the upcoming 2011 Volkswagen Jetta. It is worth mentioning that earlier also Volkswagen carried out the same strategy while launching Volkswagen Polo. Volkswagen used Seat Ibiza for testing on Indian roads instead of Volkswagen Polo, since both are based on same PQ25 platform and Seat Ibiza was fitted with Volkswagen 1.2TSi engine.

Furthermore, Volkswagen is expected to launch new Volkswagen Jetta 2011 in coming October and will give tough competition to Toyota Etios Liva, 2011 Maruti Swift. Specific details about new Volkswagen’s car are not yet disclosed by the company however, speculations states that new Volkswagen Jetta 2011 price is going to stay between Rs. 15 lakh to Rs. 18 lakh. Meanwhile Volkswagen's sibling Skoda is also coming up with a new version of Skoda Laura.
