Didn't your newspaper today vibrated you? If yes then VW guys conveyed what they wanted. Volkswagen has come out with a unique advertising campaign and yet again set a new benchmark in newspaper advertising. They came with 'Talking newspaper' a couple of years back, this time around they have collaborated with Times of India and Hindustan Times and attached a motorised vibrator on the last page of September 11th edition, which automatically opens the paper.

With such a unique concept, Volkswagen is trying to convey the message, "Feel the shiver of Excitement?" as the latest features added to their popular duo cars Polo and Vento gives you a feeling of excitement. The new cars get the features like Navigation system with rear-view camera, bluetooth connectivity, multifunction steering wheel and many more.

This is certainly a superb way to create the excitement and sensation all around by attaching a motorised vibrator that sets off automatically, courtesy to the light sensor given on the top of it. This further adds curiosity as nothing of this sort has never happened in the Indian newspaper advertisement and they would certainly like to know what's happening. Volkswagen has used a PhotoDiode, a type of Photo-detector that smartly converts light into voltage or current. the light sensitive speak has got as less weight as 10-15 grams and keep on vibrating the newspaper.
