Keeping the current scenario in mind the auto majors are vying to roll out diesel variants of the popular models to lure the Indian customers. In India the stress is given on price and mileage of the car, along with this being stout in size adds up to the lucrativeness of the passenger cars. Taking the advantage of this situation GM India will be pioneering in the small diesel car segment with the launch of its highly anticipated hatchback Chevrolet Beat diesel. Chevrolet Beat diesel is slated to launch by mid July to further heat up the small car segment.
